Notes

1. The Government of India is yet to notify final subsidy on fertilisers for the current year and hence the amount of subsidy is based on provisional figures.

2. The above unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30th Sept., 2003 were reviewed by the Statutory Auditors of the Company.

3. There was one investor complaint pending at the beginning of the quarter. The Company, during the quarter, received four investor complaints and all five of them have been resolved.

4. The above unaudited financial results were considered and taken on record by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 22nd October, 2003.
